Patrick J. Mangan

Mr. Mangan was born and raised in Monmouth County New Jersey.  He graduated from The University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980.  Before attending law school, he worked for a year in the oil field industry in the Gulf of Mexico.  He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from the Louisiana State University Law Center in 1984.  He practiced law as a trial attorney in Louisiana for several years before returning to his home State of New Jersey.  During his practice in Louisiana, he took and passed the New Jersey Bar Exam and was admitted to the practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1988.  He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and New Jersey.  He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts of Louisiana, Middle and Western Districts; the United States District Courts of New Jersey; the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit; and the Supreme Courts of New Jersey and Louisiana.

In March of 2013, Mr. Mangan was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.  He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New Jersey Association of Justice, the Middlesex County Bar Association, the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association where he sits as a trustee.  He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Automobile Reparations Committee, the World Karate Union Hall of Fame, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, a Irish Catholic Charitable organization and the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic Charity organization. He concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation resulting from the fault of another person or corporation.  Mr. Mangan practices in both Federal and State Courts and 100% of his practice is devoted to litigation.
