Joe has focused his practice primarily in the representation of injured workers, as well as employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. He has extensive trial experience, and has handled many cases in the Appellate Division, along with one Supreme Court of NJ case.
In addition to his practice of law, Joe has written for his local paper (THE PROGRESS-Caldwell, NJ) and NJ.com, on various issues such as the death penalty, immigration and problems with democracy.
More recently, Joe is a recurring guest on a true crime podcast that discusses famous cases such as the Lindbergh kidnapping, Manson murders and Jack the Ripper!
