An entrepreneurial attorney serving the Tri-State area and of counsel to Bramnick Rodriguez Grabas Arnold & Mangan, LLC, Mr. Handwerker has dedicated his 20 years of legal practice to the belief that every client deserves quality legal counsel and a fair chance in the courtroom. Mr. Handwerker separates himself with the successful results he has already achieved for his clients in a wide array of diverse and complex cases. He handles important legal matters for individuals and businesses of all sizes and budgets and has worked hard over the years to maintain his reputation as a fair and honest attorney that provides excellent legal care for every client he represents.

Mr. Handwerker represents clients in both business transactions and state, federal and municipal court litigation. His transactional practice is extensive and encompasses such legal matters as business disputes, corporate and LLC formations, contract negotiations and shareholder and member issues. Mr. Handwerker’s litigation practice includes such matters as claims for breach of contract, consumer fraud, and trademark and copyright infringement. He also handles municipal court matters which cover all traffic violations (including DUI), and disorderly and petty disorderly offenses. He is also currently the Public Defender for Scotch Plains Township and is also the substitute Public Defender for Clark and the substitute prosecutor for Warren Township. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and also handles matters in other states in accordance with prevailing rules and guidelines.
