The 45 year old Plaintiff was operating a motor vehicle on Route 78 when it was involved in a rear-end collision with a tractor trailer. The accident caused severe and traumatic spinal injuries that ultimately required surgery. Mr. Bramnick was able to negotiate a settlement in the amount of $1,100,000 for our client’s pain and suffering.
