$975,000 Settlement

Bramnick Law attorney Jonathan Holtz recently negotiated a $975,000 personal injury settlement in a motor vehicle accident case.

The 29-year-old Plaintiff was tragically killed when he was struck by a drunk driver on the New Jersey Turnpike. The driver had a minimal insurance policy. Through investigation, Mr. Holtz determined the driver had been drinking at a bar, and through discovery, Mr. Holtz proved the bar was aware the driver was intoxicated but permitted him to drive home. Mr. Holtz settled the case at mediation for $975,000, essentially the full insurance coverage available.
