Brent Bramnick joined the Law Offices of Bramnick, Rodriguez, Grabas, Arnold & Mangan, LLC in 2013 after serving for five years as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Union County Prosecutor’s Office. While an Assistant Prosecutor Mr. Bramnick tried approximately twenty jury trials and was assigned to the Gangs, Guns, Drugs and Violent Crimes Task Force. During his tenure at the Union County Prosecutor’s Office Mr. Bramnick handled numerous complex criminal matters including attempted murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, sexual assault, weapon offenses, and narcotic distribution (CDS) offenses. In addition to the substantial time Mr. Bramnick spent prosecuting violent offenders he also served in the Juvenile and Appellate Units, and was a member of the Expungement Unit.
During his time with the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Bramnick gained considerable experience handling all aspects of criminal litigation including investigations, arrests, bail, plea bargaining, pre-trial motion practice, sentencing, and appeals. He also tried numerous juvenile matters and appeared before the New Jersey Appellate Division.
At the Law Offices of Bramnick, Rodriguez, Grabas, Arnold & Mangan, LLC, Mr. Bramnick now focuses his work on personal injury, worker’s compensation, and criminal matters.
