Ms. Mitterhoff is a 1998 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where she graduated with Honors. Upon graduation, Ms. Mitterhoff served as law clerk to Justice Gary S. Stein of the New Jersey Supreme Court. She is a member of the Order of Coif, a national honor society for law school students graduating in the top 10% of their class, and the 1998 recipient of the Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes Prize for the best academic record in New Jersey Practice. While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Mitterhoff worked for the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Division of Law, as an attorney assistant. There, she gained considerable experience conducting legal research and writing briefs, as well as a thorough familiarity withNew Jersey civil trial and appellate practice. A former clerk of the New Jersey Supreme Court, Stephanie Mitterhoff concentrates her practice exclusively on plaintiff's personal injury and civil appellate practice. Mitterhoff, an experienced trial attorney, has obtained favorable results for injured parties in a wide variety of personal injury matters, including premises liability, recreational accidents, automobile accidents and products liability.
