Stephanie Ann Mitterhoff
A former clerk of the New Jersey Supreme Court, Stephanie Mitterhoff concentrates her practice exclusively on plaintiff's personal injury and civil appellate practice. Mitterhoff, an experienced trial attorney, has obtained favorable results for injured parties in a wide variety of personal injury matters, including premises liability, recreational accidents, automobile accidents and products liability. Mitterhoff has successfully handled numerous appellate matters, including La Russa v Four Points at Sheraton Hotel, 360 N.J. 156 (App. Div. 2003) and Shankman v State of New Jersey, 184 N.J. 187 (2005). Mitterhoff authors the Automobile Litigation chapter of the ICLE Civil Trial Preparation book and is a member of the Richard J. Hughes Inn of Court. Mitterhoff is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.
