Garwood Municipal Court handles non-indictable offenses occurring within the Borough of Garwood. Non-indictable offenses generally include traffic violations, disorderly and petty disorderly persons offenses, or local ordinance violations. Specifically, Garwood Municipal Court may preside over the following offenses:
